This message needs to be more prominent. Also if you are a moderator for the group forum you see this message but once the time is up you are still allowed to edit the topic/post so the message is not needed in this case. Also the message appears when page loads but does not change while editing - what is needed is for the minutes to tick down to reflect a more accurate amount of time remaining.
