Public bug reported:
A group admin of a page marked objectionable by the site admin is unable
to access the page to fix the objectionable content.
Steps to reproduce:
I have a site admin and 3 users.
User B creates a group page and adds some content.
User B shares the page publicly.
User A is a member of the group and reports content on the page as
objectionable.
The site admin marks the content as 'Still objectionable' and removes access to
the page.
Expected outcome:
The Group admin (aka User B) can access the page and fix the objectionable
content.
Users A and C see an Access denied message.
Site admin sees the content and has the option to mark it Still objectionable
or Not objectionable
Actual outcome:
Users A, B and C see an Access denied message, so it is not possible for the
Group admin to fix the content on the page.
Site admin sees the content and has the option to mark it Still objectionable
or Not objectionable
