Title: filter artefact chooser search by tag Status in Mahara: Fix Committed Status in Mahara 18.04 series: Fix Committed Status in Mahara 18.10 series: Fix Committed Bug description: In the blocks that use artefactchooser, eg Note, Journal entry blocks we can do a search for artefacts by title/description only. It would also be good if we can also filter by tag(s) on the artefacts as well.
