Preconditions:

1. Plugin type: interaction for Forum (Post delay t to 5 min)
2. Group exists
3. Group members exist (3 user - Site admin, Group admin, Group member,
Moderators:Mariella User1033)
4. Forum topic exists
Test Steps:
------------------------
1. Log in as Group member Browse to Group > Group forum > Group topic
2. User make a reply to a topic
3. Verify that the Send message now toggle is active (Leave it set to No) ✔
4. Save the Post
5. Edit the post before the Post delay (set to 5 min)
Verify that the Send message now toggle is active (not greyed out) - cancel out
of that ✔
7. Edit the
post after the Post delay (set to 5 min)
Verify that the Send message now toggle has been greyed out and is inactive ✔
9. Repeat the above steps when logged in as the following:
Site admin with Group admin role ✔
b. G
roup admin ✔
Group moderator ✔
Catalyst QA Approved ✔
NOTES:
Directions to set Post delay: Administration menu -> Extensions -> Plugin
administration -> Plugin type: interaction -> Installed plugins -> forum (set
to 5 min for testing)

Remove / grey out the "Send now" button in forum post when editing

Bug description:
When you edit a post after its editing time delay has passed, you
should not see the "Send now" button because no update is sent when a
forum post is edited.
