Acceptance Criteria 1) Should look like a side block (ie side blocks on Pages and collections page) 2) Functionality: -- a. when viewed on Desktop = block displays on top right side of the page and shrink remainder of page -- b. When viewed on mobile = displays at top of page. 3) Block will display until an action is taken either Accept or Deny then it will disappear
