When you add a YouTube video or any other external resource via the
"External media" block to a page, you have to add an additional block if
you want to add a description, explanation etc. to it.
It would be better if a tinyMCE text box were available where that could
be entered allowing both video and text to stay together and also be
retracted together. The text should not be saved in a note. It is more
like the "Text" block. The text itself doesn't require tags because the
video already has the tag functionality.
