Just the file name, description and size. However, when you add a file block to a page and view the file browser, the tags are displayed right below the description (see attachment). The same display should be in the regular file browser at /artefact/file/index.php To indicate better that it's not only the description that is displayed, it should read "Description / Tags" (in all caps via CSS).
