The 'match all tags' option not displaying correctly

Bug description:
It is not displaying / hiding correctly
To replicate:
1. Create a group.
2. Go to Main menu -> Create -> Pages and collections.
Expected result: The default view is loaded and the "Match all tags" option
is not displayed as you are searching in the context of "Title, description,
tags".
Actual result: There is a split second when you see the "Match all tags"
option behind the "Search" button.
3. Go to your group.
4. Click the "Pages and collections" link in the group's navigation bar.
Expected and actual result: The default view is loaded and the "Match
all tags" option is not displayed as you are searching in the context
of "Title, description, tags".
