When you are on the artefact details page on a page, the "More options"
button doesn't have a title tag. It should have it though so people can
hover over the button and see what it does.
Things to fix:
1. The screen reader text should state "More options" instead of just "More
...".
2. The title tag for the button should state "More options" like the "More
options" button on the regular page.
