Unread messages shouldn't have background color

Follow-on from Bootstrap 4 upgrade
When you have unread messages in your inbox, the background of the
notifications has the primary theme color when it shouldn't be there.
The text should be bold with no particular background. See
https://manual.mahara.org/en/18.10/_images/inbox.png for what is
expected.
