To replicate: 1. Set up a group that allows submissions. 2. Create a page. 3. Submit the page to the group. 4. Go to Main menu -> Pages and collections. Expected result: The submitted page has a yellowish/reddish background but the icon bar at the bottom is in the normal grey. Actual result: Everything has the red overlay.
