This may also be the case for the "Default" theme, but since it's green is similar to "Raw", I wasn't quite sure. To replicate: 1. Have 3 or more users on your site. 2. Create a page and go to "Share". 3. Select "Search for... user" and click in the "Search" box. Expected result: All users are shown and the active / hover color is the primary theme color. Actual result: The color is always green (see screenshot). The same goes for searching for a group and friend.
