Lines around wall post shouldn't be there

Bug description:
Follow-on from the Bootstrap upgrade
Wall posts have lines around them making them look very boxy. These
lines shouldn't be there. The posts should look like in Mahara 18.10
(see screenshot).
To replicate:
1. Create user A and user B.
2. User A leaves messages on the wall of user B on her profile page.
Expected result: The messages look like in Mahara 18.10 with minimal lines.
Actual result: There is an outline around each message.
Also click "View whole wall". The lines should disappear there as
well.
