TITLE: Behat: Add tags to tasks
BEHAT SCRIPT : Update Script feature file -> plan_add_tasks.feature
RELATED TO: Release Testing Spreadsheet
SUMMARY: Confirm whether this test adds tags to tasks. I have a note
that says it doesn’t. (Rebecca's Note)
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Add tags to tasks
2) Verify that some of the tags are displayed on the displayed page - only 10
are displayed clicking elipsis will display all
3) verify that some of the tags are not displayed - only 10 are displayed
clicking elipsis (...)will display all
