TITLE: Show full introduction from the profile
BUG SUMMARY: When a user wrote an introduction and it is longer than a few
characters, it is cut off. However, unless the user puts that introduction on
their profile page, there is no place to see it fully.
Therefore, when you are on the group members page or on "My friends" and "Find
friends", it would be good to display the entire introduction. If people do
tend to write a lot, then maybe we don't show the introduction directly on the
page but only upon a click on it. Or have a link they can click to expand the
introduction.
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
This change allows the user introduction to be fully seen
by clicking on a new link called "show introduction".
This can be seen on the
Engage -> Groups -> Group membership page
Engage -> People page

PRECONDITIONS:
------------------------
1) Three Mahara users exist User1 User2 and User3
a) User1 & User2 have their profile introduction field filled in with at
least a paragraph
b) User3 does not have a their profile introduction field filled in on
their profile
TEST STEPS:
------------------------
1) Log in as Mahara User1
2) Browse to the People page (/user/index.php)
3) Verify that Show introduction link is displayed next to users that have
their profile introduction field filled in ✔
4) Click the "Show Introduction" link
5) Verify that the User Introduction text is expanded and displayed in full
next to the User icon ✔
6) Browse to the Group members page (/group/members.php?id=1)
7) Verify that Show introduction link is displayed next to users that have
their profile introduction field filled in ✔
8) Click the "Show Introduction" link
9) Verify that the User Introduction text is expanded and displayed in full
next to the User icon ✔
Catalyst QA Approved for functionality ✔
