Mahara not very clever with session time outs (SSO session keepalive)

Bug description:
When you log in from Moodle and then leave it sitting without logging
out eventually Mahara times out your session. However, if you came
from Moodle you can't log back in without going back to Moodle. I
guess Mahara should bounce you back to Moodle login if this happens.
Also, you can get quite busy with some of the Ajax functionality
before Mahara realises that you have timed out, which can be a bit
annoying.
