Bug description:
TITLE: Files used in test.feature file do not have file sizes
associated in the database
BUG SUMMARY: Database does not display any file sizes for files used
when creating blocks on portfolio pages.

Environment tested: Master
Browser tested: Chrome
PRECONDITIONS:
------------------------
1) Add the following line to the end of the behat file test.feature and save
file
And I insert breakpoint
TEST STEPS:
------------------------
1) Run the behat file test.feature
2) when the script is paused - Browse to the files page
EXPECTED RESULT: A table containing all of the files used in the script to
create blocks is displayed - Each file should contain a name , a description if
created, a size and a date.
ACTUAL RESULT: Although the table is displayed with all files used -
NONE of the files, display a file size
