When the content chooser on the page edit screen is displayed in tablet mode, the icon and text size is reduced though it shouldn't be. Additionally, when you are in icon-only mode, the fields in the sub menu do not extend all the way to the side. See the 18.10 screenshot for comparison to the 19.04 one.
