SUMMARY: Parent posts are not displaying attachments when a user edits
their posted reply to a topic or another reply
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Confirm that the parent post (topic) is displayed at the bottom of the page
2) Posts with attachments are displayed when a user edits their posted reply
to a topic or another reply
