We record the database use and the site files for people who are in
separate institutions. However, that group data is not recorded yet
against institutions although each group now belongs to an institution.
We should also list how many groups belong to that institution.
So that the stats are:
Users
Pages
Groups lists number of groups associated with that institution; when you see
the overview for "All institutions", the number of groups is already listed
just not when a single institution is selected.
Database size that includes people and group usage
Disk size that includes people and group usage
