BEHAT SCRIPT : Update Script feature file ->add_users_new.feature
RELATED TO: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1271618
SUMMARY: New functionality has been added where a Site admin can add
expiry date column to the User upload CSV. If wrong format or the date
is in the past, the system should display an error message. The 5 most
common date formats should be tested
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Error messages are displayed when incorrect format is used or the date is
in the past
2) The 5 most common date formats should be tested
