TinyMCE behat step seems flaky

Bug description:
When attempting to use the step:
And I fill in "text" in editor "editor_label"
on the Page description box (Pages and Collections->Add->Page)
the step wouldn't take 'Page description' as the label, which looks like the
correct label in the page source.
Investigate and confirm/fix if there's a problem.
