Timeline display issues when there are page comments

Bug description:
When you have a page on a time line with some block and have page
comments, then the comments are displayed twice: Once at the top and
then further down. See the screenshot for the problems.
1. The icons to navigate the timeline are pushed up into the heading.
2. The third column is moved below the other content even though reponsive
mode should not yet have been triggered.
3. Page comments are displayed twice on the page.
