Title: Allow date language strings to have am/pm suffix options Status in Mahara: Fix Committed Bug description: This will only impact the site if the code base has been set by the dev/admin to display time in am/pm. setting the time to display a certain way is working as expected (am/pm) currently the site default is 24 hr.
