Plans are no longer able to be check marked

Bug description:
1. Create a plan and add some tasks making sure the 'completed' toggle is set
to 'no
2. add the plan block to a page
3. display the page and try to interact with the plans' check boxes
expected results:
User can click on the check box to tick it/ untick it
actual results:
The checkbox does not change at all and remains a blank checkbox.
