An existing person (used User5 Test-123) is present. 2. The Site/Institution Administrator has left both the HTML editor and Device detection options in the Person's Profile Settings --> Preferences at their 'On' default values. Test steps: 1. Person is logged in and selects Profile; the person's Profile --> About me tab is displayed. 2. Person scrolls down to enter an Introduction. ✘ The TinyMCE editor is not present for the user to enter text in. Please see attachment. Note1: the editor/fields are not present in other places that they should be eg in the Create Text block. Note2: a work around is for the Site/Institution Administrator to turn both the HTML editor and Device detection options in the Person's Profile Settings --> Preferences to their 'Off' values.
