SUMMARY: Behat test for editing / copying a SmartEvidence framework
REQUIREMENTS:
1) User edits a non active framework that has not been used by deleting a
standard and addding a new standard element
2) User copys an active framework and changes the name, creates a new
standard and deletes a standard element
