Profile completion tips links - some are inaccurate

Preconditions:
1. PersonA has been set up for Profile completion that includes fields from
the About me tab and at least one of the other Profile tab/s (eg City/region
from the Contact information tab and/or Occupation and/or Industry from the
General tab). None of the values should be present (or delete them if they
are).
Test steps:
1. PersonA is logged in and their dashboard is displayed --> the
Profile completion panel (right hand side of screen) shows that it is
not yet completed and links are present to assist the user to do so.

2. PersonA selects the "tip" link 'Add a city/region' --> the Profile
'Contact information' tab is displayed ✘
Actual result: the Profile About me tab is displayed.
3. PersonA selects the "tip" link 'Add your occupation' --> the Profile
'General' tab is displayed ✘
Actual result: the Profile About me tab is displayed.
