TinyMCE issue on mobile devices

Bug description:
TinyMCE editor is not displayed for the second time.
Steps to reproduce:
• log in as a user
• create a new page
• select to add a block with a wysiwyg editor
• the modal opens BUT do not save it(TinyMCE editor is showing), instead
choose to remove the block
• the modal closes
• try to create that same block
• the modal opens but the TinyMCE editor will not be attached
Expected:
TinyMCE editor will show.
