Bug description:
As per this forum post
https://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=8544#post34045
We can't see the following fields when 'They SSO in' is set
-Import content
-Autocreate user
-Update user on login
Also we can't see the 'Wrong login message' box when we set parent
authority to 'none'
Both these problems are due to a minor issue in the javascript that
controls the events - will fix up
