There should be a a few pixels of space between them. To replicate: 1. Go to Admin menu -> Configure site -> Skins. 2. Set up 3 skins (skin title is sufficient). Expected result: There is a bit of space between the page action buttons and the cards. Actual result: There is no space and the cards are squished right underneath the action buttons.
