Bug description:
Refer to Bug 1824767 Site pages and collections : Page template become
unavailable after changing settings.
Update Behat test site_page_with_template_blocks.feature to check that there
is no access:
a) to share on any of the four templates, and,
b) to share within any of the four templates.
