Websservice configuration page needs some UX tidying

Bug description:
1) Sometimes the autofocus focuses on 'add service group' field halfway down
page
- page should load and not auto scroll
2) The 'add service group' field having the correct corners
- currently the add button and field are rounded at point they meet
