Public bug reported:
The status messages are not being cleared from the static site pages
edit content section (admin/site/pages.php)
To replicate:
1. Log in as admin and navigate to Admin menu -> Configure site -> Static pages
2. Without changing any content, save the page
3. A status message "Page saved" appears
4. save the page again
Expected results:
The previous "Page saved" message is cleared and the newer message (also "Page
saved") appears
Actual results:
The previous message is not cleared but is left on the page. An error message
(which may be produced by attempting to save empty content in the text editor)
will also redisplay. All messages will not clear until the page is refreshed.
