Title: tinymce menus and toolbars are not accessible via keyboard Status in Mahara: New Bug description: In order to meet WCAG2.1 requirements tinymce must be accessible, i.e operable via the keyboard. This means that the menu, and toolbars and content can be accessed and manipulated via the keyboard. The tinymce docs refer to Accessibility keyboard shortcuts here: https://www.tiny.cloud/docs-4x/advanced/accessibility/ but they do not appear to work in our current tinymce editor. In the demo tinymce editor found here (will display a tinymce editor with the full menu available) the keyboard shortcuts all work: https://www.tiny.cloud /docs-4x/advanced/accessibility/ In Mahara we do not display the full menu options for our text editor, perhaps this is interfering with keyboard accessibility? Investigation into this issue is needed.
