Title: Keyboard Navigation: Image Rotator button when editing image is not reachable Status in Mahara: New Bug description: The Image rotator button that is an option when editing an image is not reachable via the keyboard. For Accessibility requirements, elements that are operable as buttons like this should receive keyboard focus. To reproduce: 1. Log into Mahara (any role) 2. Navigate to Main menu -> Create -> Files and upload an image file 3. Select to edit that file and in the menu that appears, try to navigate via the keyboard only, to the image rotator button Expected results: The image rotator button can be reached via the keyboard and can be used to manipulate the image via the keyboard Actual results: The image rotator button is not reachable via the keyboard.
