Gallery thumbnail with description overlaps

Bug description:
Gallery thumbnail wrapper has a fixed height when chosen to show
thumnails as squares, so when image has description has description is
selected to be shown, the images below it overlaps onto the
description.
To replicate:
- Make gallery block
- Choose show Thumbnails (square)
- Choose to show image description
- Save block
Expected results:
Thumbnail with descriptions will have it displayed below it and thumbnail
below it will not sit on top of it.
Actual results:
Thumbnails wrapper all inherit a fixed height of 75px, descriptions displayed
below thumbnail is overlapped by thumbnails below.
