Title: Exclude submission to group for tutors and admins Status in Mahara: Confirmed Bug description: When portfolio submissions are allowed in a group, the group portfolios block displays 'Members without a submission to the group'. That shows everyone, no matter whether group member, tutor, or admin. However, that is confusing because typically, admins and tutors wouldn't submit a portfolio to a group. It would be better to only allow regular group members to submit portfolios to a group and remove that capability for group admins and group tutors.
