In Mahara 20.04 we removed most of the mentions of 'user' from the
Mahara interface. Some instances still survived, esp. when third-party
code was involved.

One thing can be changed though and that is 'Admin User' whose account
is created automatically when a Mahara instance is set up. This should
become 'Admin Account'.
