'Notes' are artefacts stored similarly to files and can also have
additional metadata like tags, copyright information.
When the 'Details' modal is displayed, tags and copyright information is
displayed, however creation and modification dates and times are not
shown. It would be good to make that information available as well like
on other artefacts. We do store creation and modification time in the
database.
