Title: Make Mahara available via Docker Status in Mahara 20.10 series: Fix Released Bug description: With more and more people using the cloud and containers to set up their applications, it would be good if Mahara were available via Docker. That also includes being able to run Behat tests via Docker. Separate services are set up via distinct containers.
