Public bug reported:
In Mahara 20.04 we introduced the combined export. However, that is not
yet extended to the export that can be made of a personal portfolio when
copying is allowed and a person without an account clicks the 'Copy'
link. There, still only the Leap2A export is made.
To replicate:
1. Create a portfolio in your personal account.
2. Make it available to the public and allow copying.
3. In a private browser window, i.e. not logged into the site, go to the page
and click the 'Copy' link (via the 'More actions' button).
Desired result: The export file that is produced is the same as if a regular
export were made and contains all available export formats.
Actual result: Only the Leap2A export is made.
