Public bug reported:
When running upgrade to move the description field info to be a block on
the page there is an error if the page is a group page and belongs to a
group that has been deleted.
The problem occurs because there is some code in the view constructor
that throws an error in this instance.
Will need to adjust the upgrade to ignore the viewids that meet this
criteria
