Public bug reported:
The "Wall" icon is missing when the "Wall" block is displayed on screen.
It should sit to the left of the word "Wall", as per the other icons.
This occurs in the 'Maroon' theme. The only other theme with icons next
to the words is 'Primary school', and this has the icon to the left of
the word "Wall", where it should be.
To change the theme:
Admin menu -> Institutions -> Settings -> Theme -> Change to 'Maroon'-> Submit
To check the account holder's page:
Account menu -> name of account holder
