Public bug reported:
When enough columns are turned of on the submissions management screen,
the old / original icons in red and blue are displayed rather than the
Mahara chevron (see screenshot).
To replicate:
1. Set up a group that allows submissions.
2. Add a few people and submit portfolios.
3. Leave feedback on a portfolio page.
4. Click the 'Column visibility' button in the 'Submissions' tab and remove
columns until you see the red and blue icon.
