Public bug reported: The submissions management functionality in groups when submissions are allowed uses CSS and it comes minimised. It would be better to allow for SCSS to make theming easier.
The source files for the DataTables SCSS are at https://github.com/DataTables/DataTablesSrc/tree/master/css We'd need to check if the Bootstrap 4 file would be sufficient or if others are needed as well.
