A person new to Mahara pointed out recently that there is a bit of a mismatch and that configuration in their mind was a barrier as they thought they might need to program something. Having spoken with our UX team, we concurred that switching 'Configure' to 'Edit' and changing the 'Configure' icon to the 'Edit' one will make things more consistent so that you edit a page and edit a block.
