This test was run unknowingly on 21.04dev. Now on the most current master branch - the skin option has been removed when creating a page when site skins are not enabled. Which is great! So there is no bug in the current release candidate.

Log in 2. Configure site>site options>site settings>Theme = Maroon 3. Create a new page 4.
