This column was there in the initial commit
https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/11667/ but the code for the SQL part was
missing - but then the https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/11676/ patch
removed the parts for the column rather than fix the SQL mistake
So this bug report is to put back the existing code and fix the SQL
mistake
