This works when we click the links in text blocks while in 'Display' mode, but not working in 'Edit' mode. Related bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1802205/comments/6 To replicate: 1. Create a text block 2. Create an external link (leaving the default settings as they are) 3. Save the block 4. Click the link in the text block (while still in 'Edit' mode) Expected: the link opens in a new tab/window Actual: the link opens on the current window Also needs testing: - Clicking an external link when in 'Display' mode - Clicking an internal link and not opening in a new window in 'Edit' mode. - Clicking an internal link and not opening in a new window in 'Display' mode.
